Still figuring it out
So I haven't decided if I want to use this forum as a place to discuss things about the world that bother me, or maybe just vaguely rant about my day. Maybe I'll use it to poetically describe my very bleak surroundings, but in such a way as they start to seem artistically depressing. Whatever. I think I'm going to go for the stream of consciousness blog-postings. I think that works the best (or at least the easiest). It's fun to just let stuff come to you in the dark while you are sitting at your computer. Unfortunately, if you have just seen a rather gorey horror flick called "Saw", you would be turning on the lights right now (done).The movie was pretty good. A couple of insincere scenes (well, just one) near the end kinda killed a little bit for me, but in all, I really liked (OK, it scared the crap out of me) the movie. Carey Elwes is very convincing right up until his final scene, when the theatre burst into laughter. Wow, that was some effective acting.
Sci formal is tonight. It reminds me of last year, when I was all dolled up for Sci formal. It was such a great night, with some people I knew, but a lot of people I had just met. It was an absolute blast - so beautifully constructed and just an all-around amazing evening. I was so lucky to go. But enough reminsicing...
I'll save that for another day, because BELIEVE ME, I could go on forever with nostalgia. Ahh, to be young again...
